FOR NON-EMERGENCY: Visit your General Practitioner and they should be able to refer you to the right services. There are lots of services that you can visit through the GP.


IF YOU ARE IN UNIVERSITY: Visit your mental health service and wellbeing drop in services

IF YOU ARE IN SCHOOL: Visit a trusted member of staff
