WHERE CAN YOU GET HELP?

PLACES TO FIND HELP WHENEVER YOU NEED THEM

GP: Your doctor should be available to see you if you ever feel like you need help. These can be if you can feel signs of a problem coming on or even if it is for an ongoing diagnosis. They will have heard everything and anything and will definitely not be burdened by you approaching them for help.

If you are 18 or under: Childline.org

This is a place where you can go for help or even call when you need help!

Samaritans.org (116 123) offer help to all people over the phone but they also have lots of online resources that can help you whenever you need.

BIG WHITE WALL: A place where you can go for a safe community of people who feel anxious and down. They can offer advice and a place to go for support.

Be sure to contact your university or school as they often have a lot of resources at their disposal if you ever need help with anything.
